Wendy M. Rosen, Esq.Ulrichsen Rosen & Freed, LLC

Wendy M. Rosen was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After attending and graduating from George Washington High School, Wendy attended Temple University in Philadelphia. She graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education.
Wendy attended Rutgers University Law School in Camden, New Jersey. While in law school, Wendy worked as a law clerk for the law firm of Kozlov Seaton & Romanini in Cherry Hill. Wendy was a Dean’s Scholar during two semesters in law school and made the Dean’s list during three semesters. She graduated with honors from Rutgers University School of Law in 1992.
Immediately after graduating from law school, Wendy served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Martin Herman in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Division, Gloucester County. After her clerkship, she obtained employment as an associate with the law firm of Angelini Viniar & Freedman in Woodbury, New Jersey. Wendy remained there for five years practicing family and municipal law.
In 1999, Wendy Rosen joined the family law department at Fox Rothschild where she ultimately met and worked with Barbara Ulrichsen and Derek Freed. Wendy was made a partner at Fox Rothschild in 2006.
In June 2006, Barbara, Wendy and Derek left Fox Rothschild to form Ulrichsen Rosen & Freed. UR&F has devoted its practice to the field of family law in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Wendy appears regularly before the Family Part in Mercer, Hunterdon, Somerset, Camden and Middlesex Counties. Wendy handles all aspects of family law litigation including but not limited to divorce, custody, support, domestic violence and adoption. Wendy has also appeared and successfully argued matters before the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. She has handled appellate matters related to custody, relocation, alimony and retirement issues.
Wendy has been trained in and participates in collaborative law. In Collaborative Divorce, the parties commit to maintain a respectful process, to solve problems jointly, and to work to preserve the integrity of the family. Wendy is an active member and sits on the board of the Mid Jersey Collaborative Law Alliance (MJCLA).
Wendy is admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania bars, along with the District of New Jersey Bar. She practices exclusively family law in both New Jersey as well as in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. She regularly serves as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist in Mercer County and is an active member of the Mercer County Bar Association. Wendy recently served a four-year term as a member of the District VII Ethics Committee.
Wendy volunteers for WomanSpace regularly assisting with the legal clinic. She has handled numerous domestic violence matters obtaining favorable results for her clients. Wendy is an active member and Co-President of the Pennington Business & Professional Association (PB&PA).
Wendy resides in Bucks County, Pennsylvania with her husband, Scott, and their two boys. Her outside interests include spending time with her children.
